The Big Day Breakdown
Reserve Your Date
Booking The Midnight Co. is refreshingly simple - get a quote, sign the contract, and pay the management fee. Easy. Expect clear updates, quick replies, and a pre-wedding check-in five weeks before the celebration.
Venue Coordination
We’ll work directly with your venue, handling all of the logistics - access times, power sockets, setup space, and sound limits - so you’re not stuck playing middleman.
Arrival & Setup
The band roll in at 6pm, ready to get to work. Setup is slick and silent - no noise during dinner. Within 45 minutes, the DJ tunes are already warming up the room while we line-check and prep for the first live set.
PA & Lighting
We bring crisp, professional sound and lighting that’s scaled perfectly for your venue - completely self-contained, so you don’t need to provide a thing. Just the space, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Early Arrival / Late Finish
Need us there sooner, or planning to keep the party going for longer? No problem. For a small fee, we can arrive in time for speeches and also finish slightly later - just let us know in advance.
The Finale
Midnight arrives too soon, but we’ll make sure it ends exactly how it should. Our DJ-style set will ensure a non-stop run of crowd-pleasers. Think sing-alongs, big closers, and a dance floor full of people giving it everything one last time. We’ll then pack down quietly while you savour what’s left of the best day ever.
