  • What areas of the UK do you cover?
Our services are only available in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire & Somerset.
  • Can we choose the live setlist?
Due to our vast experience in the wedding and events industry, we know what hits the right notes and what falls flat. Therefore, choosing the setlist isn't an option we offer.
  • How far in advance should we book your band?
To secure your date, especially for dates during peak wedding season, we recommend booking as soon as possible, ideally 12-18 months in advance.
  • Do we need to provide anything for you on the day?
While not required, it would be appreciated if you could provide some food and non-alcoholic drinks for the band members during the event. The Midnight Co. will require 3-4 parking spaces as close to the venue as possible.
  • How much space do you need for your setup?
We require a performance area of approximately 5m x 3m (16ft x 10ft) and a flat, hard surface to ensure the safety and stability of our equipment.
  • Our venue has a sound limiter; does that pose an issue?
We are committed to complying with the sound regulations of each venue to ensure a satisfactory experience for both the venue staff and the audience. Our typical sound level is around 97 decibels, which is standard for a live band. Any sound issues, such as the use of a limiter, will be discussed and clarified with the venue in advance. This guide will help you understand the intricacies of sound limiters at wedding venues: Understanding Wedding Sound Limiters
  • Do you offer any additional services?
Yes, we can provide some additional services, including an acoustic performance in the afternoon, and the ability to extend the live set to 2.5 hours.
  • Can we use your PA system for speeches?
Typically, our standard arrival time is 6 pm, which often means that speeches have finished by the time we're on site. However, if you need to use our PA system, we can arrange this for a small additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
  • What happens if a band member can't make it?
In the unlikely event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, we use a pool of skilled musicians who are used to playing together and can step in to ensure the performance runs smoothly.
  • Do you provide all of the necessary equipment?
Yes, we come fully equipped with a PA system, instruments, microphones and lighting. We only require a minimum of two 13-amp plug sockets (UK standard) as close to the performance area as possible. These sockets should be dedicated and not shared with other suppliers.
  • Do you have insurance, and is your equipment PAT-tested?
Absolutely, we have Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and all of our equipment is PAT tested to ensure it meets safety standards. Most venues will require suppliers to have this in place.
  • What is your pricing structure, and do you require a deposit?
Our pricing varies depending on several factors, but generally ranges from £899 to £1299. A non-refundable management fee is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 28 days prior to the event.
